We accept walk-ins on all days of operation. If you’d like to buy tickets ahead of time, you can purchase tickets to make a reservation by selecting the “Buy Tickets” button at the top right of this webpage.

No problem, you can message us via the chat icon in the bottom right corner, and we can get that changed in the system to the new date and time.  Even if you don’t message us, we will still be able to find your reservation and honor it on a different date.

Only the parent/legal guardian can sign a waiver for a child under 18. The waiver can be done online or in-store. Waivers only need to be filled out once, and it stays on file with us. If you are bringing someone else’s child, please make sure that the parents fill out the waiver as well.

We recommend a 90 minutes to 2 hours. We have many attractions to enjoy including a ninja course, main court, trampoline basketball, volley, and dodgeball and more!

YES! To upgrade and add Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park to your jump time, you can add the “2 Park Pass” tickets at the front desk of Thrillz.

NOTE: One “Two Park Pass” ticket must be purchased for each Jumpz ticket being upgraded.

Example: If you are upgrading 5 Jumpz tickets for 2 hours, you must purchase 5 “Two Park Pass” tickets. You will have access to both parks during your 2-hour stay.

No, your arcade card never expires, and you can bring it with you every time you visit. Unfortunately, you cannot use your arcade card from our Danbury location at our KOP location.

The ticket price gives you 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes of access to the Jumpz Main Court, Obstacle Course, Ninja Course, basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball. The arcade, redemption counter, laser tag, and rides (drop tower, VR coaster, and gyro) are not included – you can buy tickets for purchase in-store.

You make a reservation when you buy/book tickets online. To confirm your purchase, you’ll receive aconfirmation email with all your tickets along with the booking ID number for the reservation.

No, each party guest must have a completed waiver for the venue of the party. For our Best of Both Worlds party package, party guests must have a waiver for both Jumpz and Thrillz.
